- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆In recent times all banks have been doing questionable things and frankly ripping people off. I understand that, sadly, however Key Bank has got to be on the top of this list along side with Bank of America. I've banked with is branch for over 15 years and have finally realized that their poor customer service will never change. I don't have any compliant about the people working, because they have to do what they are taught to do. This bank and this branch have disappointed me, i'm not the one to write a review but I feel like you should know this before dealing with this bank. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Love this branch. Tellers are friendly and very efficient. The bank manager goes out of his way to make sure I understand all transactions. The only issue is that there are not enough tellers for rush times but as always they keep a smile and pleasant attitude. Treat them well.
